Sorry the report is a little late but having trouble with my computer.

The members kept Olivia on her toes during the rally with a very good turn out.

This show gets bettr every year with lots more to see and with the sun shining there was a chance for some social drinking around the vans. A good chat time with some real ale going down at only £2 a pint. A few even made it down the the beach but with bad timing as the tide was out so no dipping of toes in the sea.I hope that everyone enjoyed the rally. I feel sorry for the ones who had to stay on Sunday night as, after a walk over to the clubhouse, they were told that 'very sorry' but beer at £1 a pint until it was all gone. There were some late get ups on Monday – I wonder why ???

Roll on Next year.

Barry

Another good turn out to this rally. The weather was mixed with lovely sunshine and heavy rain showers. However, all managed to get out to see the sights with walks along the prom and and buses into Barry town and Cardiff. We even had Eileen in her new vehicle for us to have a look at. Nearly everyone managed to get up to the station room for a drink and a social chat in the evenings. It is a pity that the rally was only booked for two nights at such a venue. OK – not the Ritz for parking but worth it for the views and walks. Next year the rally is booked for two Bank Holidays.
